Fresh, Quality Beef & Livestock Straight from Our Farm
At IMOJE Dawson Family Farms, LLC, we provide a variety of high-quality cuts of beef, including ribeye, sirloin, and brisket. Our beef is sourced from our own pasture-raised livestock, ensuring the highest standard of quality and taste. In addition to purchasing individual cuts, customers have the option to buy a half, or whole beef. We offer convenient pickup options at our farm, making it easy for our customers to enjoy our farm-fresh beef.
We proudly offer a variety of high-quality livestock, including Dexter cattle, Boer goats, and standard and miniature donkeys. As a veteran-owned, family-operated farm, we take great care in raising healthy and well-maintained animals for your agricultural needs.
Local Pasture Raised Beef
Our Beef Process
1. Choose from a variety of cuts or whole/half beef options. Rest assured that the best cattle will be selected for processing after they are ready to be finished prior to processing.
2. When the processing date is set, a cut sheet will be sent to you (to choose cuts). You can talk directly to the processor or go through us.
3. We pay processing. After about two weeks of ageing and final processing, the meat comes back to us. You will be contacted to arrange pick up and payment.
